Scaling Givelink across Greek nonprofits while exploring US market entry. The hardest part isn't the product — it's convincing organisations that have survived on cash donations for 30 years to try something new.

Reading

Currently deep in AI 2041 (Kai-Fu Lee) and Superintelligence (Nick Bostrom). Running a parallel thread in my head about what AI alignment actually means for social impact orgs.

Training & Life

Preparing for my next HYROX race. Training at 6am because it's the only hour the calendar can't touch. Outside of work, I train for triathlons, hike, dance, travel, volunteer, and make sure to spend real time with friends and family. I genuinely believe finishing a hard race and building something meaningful take exactly the same muscle.

Thinking about

How to make serendipity more likely. The best things in my life — Givelink, Forbes, the WEF opportunity — all started with an unexpected conversation. I'm trying to engineer more of those.

Lex Fridman's long-form interviews on AI. Conversations where someone is genuinely trying to figure something out, not just perform expertise.
